Prayer Group

I would like to lift up prayers for all those in the United States Military and their families.  Their service, has allowed this country to continue to be free.  Ronald Reagan often referred to the United States as "the shinning star upon the hill."  Their has only been two unselfish forces that have allowed America to be that shinning star.  The first, was Jesus for our souls.  The second, is the United States Soldier for our freedom.

Heavenly Father,
I ask that you help us find a cure for this flu.  I ask that you heal all those who are sick and help thos who have lost family members to this flu.  In your name.

Ater pitching a great game for the California Angels, Nick Adenhart was killed in an hit and run accident.  Nick and three other passengers in the car were killed.  One other passenger is in critical condition.

I am asking for parayer for all involved in this horrible accident.  I pray for a full recovery of the one victim that is in critical condition.  I pray for the family members of the loved ones that were lost.  I pray that Jesus is able to help comfort them in their time of need and that they turn to Christ to help them through this heartbreaking time in their lives.

I also pray for the driver that was responsible for this tragdey.  I pray that he accepts responsibilty for his behavior. I pray that he turns to Christ for forgiveness.  I also pray for everyone involved, that if they do not have a relationship with Christ, that they develop one and that God will show them his glory.
